News Release – Vancouver, British Columbia – April 5, 2021: SKRR Exploration Inc. (“SKRR” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SKRR; OTC: SKKRF; FSE: B04Q) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non- brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) consisting of 277,780 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.27 per Unit for gross proceeds of $75,000.60. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one- half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.40 per share for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of closing the Private Placement.
The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for exploration expenditures on the Company’s projects and for general corporate purposes and working capital.
All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a four month hold period from the closing date in accordance with applicable securities laws.
